We have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years and we always receive the best service from Afrihost! Personally I think they are the best ISP. We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP. I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP. As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service. Thank you!
