5 star, yes we are expected as service uses to have issues with network or cable, n yes we are expected delay in repairs or resolving issues, at 1st I had to be persistent on requesting a technician to come out and view the situation as I knew the fault was a broken line, 😉 the issues few after that I understood to process and had all required info ready, and the mater was resolved faster and more effective, sometimes we as humans needs to be lil understanding and everything will be okay...

To be honest I have had issues but that was my fault for trying to do my own thing. Greatly recommend for the fact that Afrihost keeps you updated. If there is any issue it gets resolved. Yes there is a signal issue at times but that is due to where we have our wifi positioned. We should have listened when we were advised where to place it. My fault again. Not theirs. Thank you Afrihost. Very happy with the speed of the wifi especially when searching and viewing or even on our laptops. Very happy. Finally we have a wifi that keeps us happy.
