If I could give more I would. Sicelo was more than patient and unbelievably kind when I asked the stupid questions. What a massive asset to your company. This whole experience (move to you) has blown me away. Mind blowing quick less than 24 hours to bring in the cable to set up the banking and configure my set up. In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. Went online yesterday on a hunch looking for fibre. Afrihost popped up I took a chance and so glad I did. We were kept informed throughout the day. Installation was done today by OpenServe Nelspruit. Technician was super nice and so fast. Just waiting for the rooter but damn so impressed with the service so far. I think this was the fastest service I have received in a long time.
