Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28 October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their service is remarkable.

I have used them as an Internet service provider for years and have always been very happy with their service. They seldom have outages, and when they do they are addressed quickly and efficiently.

I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!

Products are clearly set out on website, interaction via WhatsApp is fast and efficient - best I have experienced among other mobile operators, or many businesses for that matter

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping.
Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.
