My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! Afrihost has the best customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ISP! Other companies in South Africa should look to them as an example of how to do customer service right.

With everyone's complaints regarding their providers, I'm really glad I went with Afrihost. The app is always updated and lets you know where an issue might be, while their staff and whatsapp chat never fails.
