I must admit, it has been a frustrating two days. After being without connection for two days, speaking to multiple agents and although they tried to assist and confirmed that the issue lied with Afrihost, they were unable to assist us and escalated our issue to a manager. We had to keep following up and even sent photos attached to emails without success in getting our issue resolved. Tonight, via the WhatsApp Chanel, we were fortunate enough to speak to Rendani. Although we had to redo everything again(for the 11th time) Rendani went further and solved our problem. Wish we were fortunate enough to speak to him on the very first day. Thank you Rendani it's because of agents like you, that Afrihost receives 5* reviews and we will keep recommending as the best Fibre company.

Afrihost WORKS!!! Everything just works!!! You click on a link, and it works!!! You have one smooth experience from finding the contract to delivery to your door! The App WORKS!!! The Website WORKS!!! It is such a delight after struggling endlessly with other Internet Providers. I was with Afrihost years ago, and the biggest mistake I made was to change to another provider. You have a life-long customer in me!!!!!

It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.

Using them as my ISP for a long time now and have had zero issues with both AfriHost as my ISP and VumaTel as my line management team. Queries are easy to get assistance with via WhatsApp and all the consultants seem to be helpful, understanding and skilled to resolve them. I will highly recommend them.
