always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . Unbelievable service and quality.... Ordered my fixed LTE at 9am in morning and received it after 2 hours... The routers were already set up with sim and wifi setting as per application, very thoughtful! Never seen anything like this in south Africa.... This is some ultra developed world kind of experience. Unbelievable!!

I've been using them as a hosting provider for several domains for close to 10 years. I've always received immediate technical support whenever it was needed. I've never had downtime on any of my Afrihost domains and they are always happy to help even when the technical advice requested isn't actually within their scope of service.
