I was an mweb customer. Incredible wait times to get a chat going, and then supa slow chat responses. I looked at webafrica ... Didn't like the R1000 termination fee. I tried Axxess,... Incredibly slow and long waits to get to a service agent, who was servicing multiple people at the same time. A conversation that should take 3 minutes taking 15 , at the time when I was trying to give them money. Afrihost worlds apart.
