I haven't received better customer service from any company like I've received from Afrihost. We have recently signed up with them for a fibre line and the efficiency from the time we completed the online application was just outstanding. Really such a pleasure to deal with Afrihost.

I have not had a single day of problems with them. All my queries are resolved immediately and they stay in communication with you untill everything is resolved to your satisfaction. Highly recommend using them. Prices are also extremely competitive. Hands down best provider.

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.
