I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap.
