It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Afrihost. I initially applied for fibre through Telkom, but after waiting 10 working days with no feedback, I called them only to be told, quite rudely, that there had been an error and I would need to wait a further 7 working days for it to be resolved. I then applied online through Afrihost, and just 3 days later I had WiFi installed and running. Throughout the process, the Afrihost team kept me updated regularly and responded to my queries almost immediately. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and it was clear that they genuinely value their customers. I cannot recommend Afrihost highly enough. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received.

Their WhatsApp customer service is fast and efficient. Their tech guys are super helpful and patient, asking for clarity when they're not clear on your issue. That's a definite win for me.
