Absolutely amazing service. Their whatsapp line was prompt and efficient. Didn't have any long waits for replies which are common on WhatsApp contact centre's. My enquiries and requirements were all done in a few minutes.

Been with Afrihost since it's inception and have always experienced the best customer service I've ever experienced from any South African service provider, not just ISPs. Their prices are competitive, they have great deals for their customers, they're responsive and responsible. I've tried others and keep going back to Afrihost. Best ISP in SA. 10/10 would recommend.

The best ISP, I love the responsiveness of the staff… that’s where it matters for me. Lucky is my latest favourite person from the ISP. If they keep being this helpful then I’ll stick with them.

I have been dealing with Afrihost for many years, and have always found their products to be very comprehensive and competitive. The backup service has always been very good to excellent. I have never experienced poor service, either personally or technically.

The best hosting companny inSouth Africa right now, their customer services actually works, they respond instantly both on whatsapp and email. their whatsapp response is actually humans not others whom you waste time with a badly programmed robot. Afrihost actually go allthe way I have realised that every ticket is actually pinned as high priority which makes things even more powerful dealing with them.

How often can you change the numbers associated with Max Support?

You can change the numbers once a week.

Please note, in rare cases it may take up to 15 minutes for the number change to reflect, but in most cases changes will reflect immediately.
