I've just joined Afrihost...not even started with their services...but I'm very much impressed on how things are handled and the professionalism displayed via whatsup chat...I'm time and again updated on my order...I'm also made and/or alerted on anything that might temper with my fiber order...thank you.

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!

A company that takes initiative with prepping your WiFi route before it’s delivered, making for a real plug and play experience. Their customer support is top notch, with a WhatsApp feature that makes it easy for those of us with social anxiety. Had their service for 6 months now, would highly recommend.

I've been an Afrihost client for a number of years now, first with an adsl account and then hosting my email domain. I've always found them to be efficient and very helpful. I only wish I had used them when I changed to fibre and not Telkom!
