I have used Afrihost as my ISP since November 2010. I have always had good performance and customer service from Afrihost as an ISP. A few years ago I registered a domain, then another and a third one. I have hosting through Afrihost on one of these domains and I have had the same level of excellence from them for any queries I have had. I have reached a stage where I am ready to use these domains to make my online presence known and I am glad to have Afrihost in my team! Thank you Gian and your whole team.

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

Frustrated that I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone but the Whatsapp chat option worked well and my question was quickly answered and I was happy with the service.

Awesome network service, if I do have a problem it gets sorted the same day. Would recommend Afrihost to anyone and they way cheaper than your big mobile companies. On top of it if you have an Mtn sim you don't need to get an extra sim you can use all the products relating to your mobile. Thanks afrihost for the awesome service.
