I’d like to extend a sincere thank you to Refentse for their outstanding assistance with my recent fibre installation query. From the moment I reached out, Refentse was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to resolving my concern. They took the time to listen, provided clear and accurate information, and followed through without delay. It’s rare to come across service that feels both efficient and human—but Refentse delivered exactly that. Their calm demeanor and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and reassuring one. Thank you, Refentse, for your excellent support and for going the extra mile. Your help made a real difference

I have never received such incredible support from a service provider in my life! Not from 1, but from 2 support agents. Monde.M & Lebohang.M were extremely willing, friendly, and enthusiastic about resolving the issue I had during set up. They went above and beyond and I even received 2 call backs, as well as constant email communication regarding the progress. I am extremely impressed. After-sales service like this these days is almost unheard of. Thank you gentlemen, you have made my experience at Afrihost nothing but seamless and enjoyable. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend Afrihost.

Fantastic service ethos. Love their WhatsApp chat service offering, which is very user friendly. Not a customer directly, but will recommend then on the experience I had with them.

Best hosting platform...the hosting team helps with web development issues unlike other providers who throw you out to the wolves if you are starting off on your own. Consultants are quick to respond worth every penny and more!

Easy to use their website to find exactly what I needed and all details were clear to read and understand. There is a WhatsApp chat feature if you need clarification on anything to speak to a person in real-time. I found it stress-free and fairly quick.
