Afrihost is both more affordable per value fiber package and is stable with their service. Hardly ever having issues, when they occur, it is delt with swift and efficient accuracy. Very reliable ISP, used them for years. Recently had to relocate line, and Xolani S. had me up and running in less than 30min at the new location, called me back to check it was working, etc... all round excellent service. You deserve a raise Xolani!

I've been with afrihost for I think 8 years now. Today was the first time I encountered an outage that meant actual loss of service for more than an hour, and they were quick to assist me when I needed it. The problem still exists at the time of writing this, but they did reassure me that their engineers are actively working on restoring the service. They haven't failed me yet, so I trust them when they say service will be restored ASAP.

Afrihost was amazing and I never had any issues. Unfortunately I'm emigrating so I had to cancel my account but I would have just stayed with them if I could. The WhatsApp helpline is so efficient and the assistants are always patient and friendly!
