I have been with Afrihost for more than 5 years. Their customer focus is unmatched. In 2020 I transferred one of my domains away from Afrihost to another service provider. Within a few months I regretted leaving Afrihost. The customer service at this new service provider was very poor, sometimes it would take a day for them to respond to queries and the only channel to lodge a query was through email. Granted, their hosting package that I wanted was a bit cheaper by about R100. I soon learned that with some services you get what you pay for. I made a decision to transfer my domain back to Afrihost for great quality of service and I'm not trusting anyone with my webhosting needs for now. Afrihost are my go to guys, where I know that issues are attended to speedily. Keep up the great service guys!

I love afrihost, with 24/7 friendly and effective support staf, Afrihost should be your go-to hosting provider... I choose them purly for the fact that if I run into issues, I know i can reash a friendly support agent withing minutes to help me resolve my issues!!

From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.

We have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years and we always receive the best service from Afrihost! Personally I think they are the best ISP. We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP.
