I had a fault with my fibre connection this morning and reported it at 10:30am. I was really expecting to wait a few days before the issue was resolved. But, not even 3 hours later, the technician has been out and sorted my problem. I am very impressed with both Afrihost and Openserv. Clientzone takes the hassle away of calling in and their whatsapp options answers any questions or issues quickly. Afrihost is a great service provider, very happy with our fibre at this time.

I was struggling to make a payment with webafrica for 3 weeks and got fed up with them and ask to cancel my services with them, I then moved over to afrihost today and the agent named nandipha helped me and managed to get me connected in less than 10 minutes, so 10/10 to afrihost and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to move over to you guys.
