We contacted Afrihost when we realized we had no wifi. They responded immediately. The communication was excellent. They are going out of their way to sort out the problem as they are aware our son needs wifi for online school. Since the fibre was installed, we haven't had any problems. We highly recommend Afrihost.

The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system.
