The consultant over WhatsApp was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given the complexity of the matter it took hours but they were there guiding me every step of the way. I can easily get my fibre for a few hundred Rands less than I am paying Afrihost. But they truly are worth the extra spend. I have never had any issues reporting a fault be it ISP or provider related. When there is a provider issue (9 times out of 10) Afrihost goes the extra mile and sorts that out too. I know of other ISPs who will tell you it's a provider issue and that's the end of their involvement. Afrihost goes the extra mile always

Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.
