I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My mobile wi-fi works perfectly and so does my email and all my domains work well as well. So I kind of have numerous products of theirs. Give them a try as I would use them again and again. I’ve had some problems with their service at times over nearly 20 years but all in all I’ve found Afrihost much better than ISPs I’ve tried previously and since the introduction of fibre it’s generally been plain sailing.

Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.
