Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!! Ordering our 5G package online was incredibly easy, the process was smooth, intuitive, and we were guided every step of the way with no hassles. The router was pre-configured before delivery, so all we had to do was plug it in and connect. We've been enjoying excellent, uninterrupted service ever since, and it's surprisingly affordable too! Delivery was lightning-fast, the router arrived the very next day. The courier from CourierIT was absolutely amazing. We had a medical emergency and missed the delivery, but they called later to check if my son was okay, asked if we were home, and offered to deliver it within minutes. Their friendliness and compassion meant so much during a stressful moment. Afrihost and their delivery partner truly went above and beyond.
