Afrihost has been my ISP for 6 years now. I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily. They have really improved their quality of service over the years. Afrihost as an ISP has been great!

Last week we were without internet for 3 whole days. It affects us badly as my household works from home. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 separate occasions and all they said do a hard reboot for 15 minutes. Sigh. Of course we already tried that but they insisted that will solve the problem. Eventually I speak to a technician called Jono. He spoke to us for almost 2 hours troubleshooting. What an absolute star! After figuring out what went wrong our internet was back up within 3 hours! I am not sure if those other technicians are not trained or they just don't care about their job but Jono really saved the day. Putting in all that effort and so very helpful :) So, thank you Jono!

Afrihost you are the absolutely very best service provider in every sense of the word. My wife and I teach English online and have not got a place to call our own. So we have been by 3 places in the space of three weeks. We have a Pure LTE set up and afrihost has assisted us with such speed and kept us online so we can earn salary and survive. First day working from home my router started giving problems, as fate would have it. Due to loadshedding and UPS usage I experienced some difficulty with my connectivity. I don't have the words to describe what the problem was cause I know next to nothing about IT, but with the help of Afrihost's WhatsApp helpline and the awesome helper assigned to me (they have real people online helping you over WhatsApp, not just bots), I was able to sort it out in a jiffy. Thanks Afrihost you all deserve big Christmas bonusses.

Afrihost was amazing and I never had any issues. Unfortunately I'm emigrating so I had to cancel my account but I would have just stayed with them if I could. The WhatsApp helpline is so efficient and the assistants are always patient and friendly!
