Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

Afrihost is customer orianted and it looks like their front personnel are well trained in dealing with customers. They save a purpose of their existence. I salute you. My questions were answered promptly and precisely.

Fantastic support and guidance from Sabelo ...WhatsApp support answered immediately and Sabelo was not only patient but provided clear and concise testing instructions. Plus advised on remedies available to my aging router. A pleasure to deal with Sabelo!

I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!

By far one of the best ISP around. Maybe i haven't heard of other companies but afrihost assist on weekends as well, which is excellent if you are having a movie or series marathon and the internet boms out suddenly. Anyway i recommend Afrihost. Also i hope i get n discount or maybe an internet boost for this review... ;)
