I was with Afrihost (first Mobile internet then Openserve Fibre) from ±2013 to 2019, and then decided to go with Vox (Frogfoot) because it was a good special. I am now going back to Afrihost and Openserve because Frogfoot is trash over the past 6 months, and working from home I need reliable internet. Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.
