After a week of dealing with arrogant Supersonic agents I called Afrihost. Wow wow wow wow I was so impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I dealt with 3 agents and they were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen and then explained everything to me without getting irritated or impatient. Outstanding service. Received assistance from Afrihost’s Vusi Moleti (Fibre section) who assisted me in the transition and line transfer from a previous ISP. He stayed on the phone with me and kept me updated frequently on all stages. Had issues with the previous ISP not releasing the line and was told the transfer could take up to 15 days after cancellation. Everything was sorted and up and running within 3 days from coming into contact with Vusi. Thank you Sir, you are a true master of your craft.
