Installation was on time, neatly done and connection activated with no troubles. Thank you Afrihost. Moving to a new installation address soon, let's hope the infrastructure provider is as switched on as Afrihost ISP services :-) One year later, Afrihost significantly upgraded the speed on more than one occasion, while keeping the cost the same. Service requests were attended to promptly and easily - the WhatsApp chat service channel is a winner! Very effective, and much more convenient than holding the line and burning airtime. They are a little bit expensive but they are hardly ever Down. On the few occasions that I’ve had to contact the technical support via WhatsApp – they were able to sort me out quickly. The only downside is the technical support is not 24 /7

From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.
