I Have been an Afrihost Customer for well over 10 Years by now, and the level of service I have received, ranks right up there. As a Business owner, I take service and my time seriously. Even though sometimes you reach a consultant that is not as efficient as most, I still had all my needs and enquiries effectively resolved and always in a timely and friendly manner. Fastest turnaround time I've experienced in a long time. Order placed and teams out on site in less than 24 hours. I have arouter at home from another service provider still wrapped, waiting 6 months for installation . Afrihost is tops

Can't really complain to much about you guys, but is the past 2 or 3 months your Internet as been down way to much, your services have become like eskom, one of this days you will develop an app to check for fibersheding... ones you sort this continuous problems I will change my review.. Boksburg

The service received from Afrihost was amazing. I have had 3 interactions with this company since taking a SIM card with them and each instance was handled speedily and the issued effectively resolved. I will highly recommend Afrihost. In fact, I have been a loyal customer with another network since 2010 and considering changing permanently due to the service received..and also the pricing

How often can you change the numbers associated with Max Support?

You can change the numbers once a week.

Please note, in rare cases it may take up to 15 minutes for the number change to reflect, but in most cases changes will reflect immediately.
