Though we were texting, I could sense the tone of sincerity with Phumeza.
The problem isn't an Afrihost one, but she went beyond to assist me and report the matter to VumaTel as well as getting me my reference number.

So far I'm having a great experience! The entire process of getting set up is so simple. The WhatsApp customer service is prompt and efficient. I also really like the Clientzone which makes managing your account and tracking your usage much easier.
