Quick response from Afrihost 24/7 whatsapp and call back. All resolved. Was our problem as didnt realise power was off on Openserve box 🙈as it is only 30cm from floor and lights not visible without lying on the floor looking up at it. Will have to ask Openserve to come and move it further up the wall so as to be more easily accessible.

I love how the team is always up and ready to assist with all my queries and they can work on their feet. Haven’t had a bad experience from the team and Afrihost software and when I change or add employees on the website

Application to complete Installation in less than 24 hours. LOS issued resolved in less than 10 minutes. Great to know that if things go wrong, it will be sorted, Quickly. Some would argue that it shouldn't have been down in the first place but these things happen. 👌
