Been with Afrihost for years on end, I had endless struggles with ISP's prior and eventually found this exceptional business. I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time. I would gladly recommend this company for any and all people looking for a decent ISP that won't blatantly try to rip you off, and have done so at every opportunity that I could 10/10.

I have always been very impressed with Afrihost service. I have multiple domains hosted with them, both for websites and mail servers. So far over the past 12 years, I have had about a hand full of complaints from my clients regarding being down, and even then, about half the problems were not even related to Afrihost. Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.
