Have been with Afrihost for 3 years now and couldn't be happier with this provider. Even when I had to do the switch from cell c, it was seamless and very convenient. They resolve all issues quickly and efficiently. My internet connection is fast and reliable 99.9% of the time and if there is ever an issue, they notify via text message, although that seldom happens. I always recommend them to friends and family.

Afrihost service is the best. Always go extra mile to resolve an issue and accurate information given using WhatsApp customer service - John was very efficient and helpful. Also month to month suits me and not locked into a contract. Great connectivity and highly recommend. I've been with Afrihost since 2016

Made use of the WA contact support option which was an absolute pleasure. Response was quick, professional and accurate/to the point with no ambiguity from Blessing. A different experience when compared to most other call centres/WA support contact points that I have dealt with previously!

Thank you Afrihost. I hardly ever experience issues. But of the times I've had internet issues, you managed to speedily resolve them. You are still ly first choice ISP.
