I cannot complain, from DSL I had years ago, mobile internet to the hosting plans it is affordable, and service has always been consistant, I love Afrihost, I just wish our Area had Fibre and I would use them for that as well.

And when something goes wrong, they resolve it speedily. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Again. They managed to help me in minutes and sort out my connection issue (was my fault, I reset my router settings). 5 stars plus!

Quick response from Afrihost 24/7 whatsapp and call back. All resolved. Was our problem as didnt realise power was off on Openserve box 🙈as it is only 30cm from floor and lights not visible without lying on the floor looking up at it. Will have to ask Openserve to come and move it further up the wall so as to be more easily accessible.
