This was the best experience I have had with a service provider ever. It is incredible that they call you and you don't have to wait for hours to be assisted. I love that I could do this online in the comfort of my home. Their website is user-friendly, such a pleasure for someone like me who struggles with technology! they are surely geared to make life easy in this world of technology. The people were very professional and extremely helpful. We also have Afrihost as our service provider for our internet. What a pleasure.

They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. Afrihost! What can I say? Support above and beyond! I have been dealing with them since 2H 2018 when I joined them to host my website. I developed and set up my website myself. I mostly Googled what to do. When I got stuck their support people gave me advice. Not their job or responsibility! Yet they are there when help is needed. Just this week, I got stuck setting up my email account on my new Laptop. Again! Not their responsibility, yet I have been helped! I am on Afrihost fibre service as well for about 5 months now (2022). Had an Internet problem this morning which was not on their side. Yet, their support stuck with me, and helped me to get it sorted. Judging by comments on social media, and from experience with my previous Internet service provider, I can only imagine the response from other service providers. "All is OK on our side sir". ie Sort out your own bloody problem. Not with Afrihost! Their support is what truly sets them apart from other service providers!

Very helpful and insightful - as long as you have your details and know what you need help with, problems get resolved very quick and efficiently... Great customer service on WhatsApp and very friendly... Definitely on the top of my list for best customer services yet!! Keep up the great work guys!
