Have never had any problems with Afrihost ever since joining them. If I have any issues with my web hosting because of not being tech savvy, they are there to guide you. Very responsive and helpful. Before I took out fibre and my phone network with them I first researched from friends and colleagues how they feel about Afrihost. All of them vetted to their great service. I've been a customer of Afrihost for almost three years and they always give good service. Friendly staff and a very stable fiber connection. I barely have issues. I did buy a UPS two weeks ago and it was faulty I had to return it. They tried to fix it but it wouldn't work and they gladly gave me a brand new UPS.

All the ISP's have a similar price, but with Afrihost you always get knowledgeable answers and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. They also have an awesome WhatsApp help line.
