Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. Unlike other providers, when there's outages, which do happen, Afrihost is very quick to resolve them with little to no connection interuptions when a problem is being resolved.
