Mr Banda (hosting department) is exceptionally great. He solved our difficult problem in no time. He is very friendly and effective. He is the best Afrihost employee ever! (Mr Jude du Plooy - rude and unfriendly - can learn a few things about customer service from Mr Banda.)

In the past, with Afrihost the phone experience was quite good. Agents listened, and came back with relevant - and generally accurate - feedback. On the other hand, my experience with WhatsApp is somewhat mixed. I have had good sessions there. But on one occasion an agent said he'd get back to me. He didn't, then he closed the chat. With the chat closed I can't hold him to account. I then thought I'd try again, so I started a new chat with a new agent. I gave her a summary of my query so she could mentally prepare for the chat we'd have. Instead she copied and pasted two paragraphs of sales material and closed the chat. I still don't have the answer I require. Also, the callback is a great idea, But not at 8:30AM. I appreciate the pressure you're under with call volumes, and the overall quality of service that Afrihost has maintained over the years. This is not a whinge, but pointers that I sincerely hope may help.
