AfriHost is Definitely a better service and assistance than RAIN internet provider. WhatsApp chat service makes it easy and quick to communicate and the internet speeds have been increased at no costs this month going forward..

Love it. Easy to get hold of, Support available through WhatsApp! Works like a dream. I have been upgraded twice with speed. Nr1 for hosting and Fiber.

I've been with afrihost for I think 8 years now. Today was the first time I encountered an outage that meant actual loss of service for more than an hour, and they were quick to assist me when I needed it. The problem still exists at the time of writing this, but they did reassure me that their engineers are actively working on restoring the service. They haven't failed me yet, so I trust them when they say service will be restored ASAP.

Slow painful start, but i must say, being assisted by Nqobile N today really made a huge difference and i wish they/them, him/her 😁had assisted me a month ago....anyways , im connected. Thank you Nqobile, i had promised myself if it didn't work today im going to another provider..so thank God.
