I've been a loyal and extremely happy client of Afrihost for the past 5-6 years. I had an issue with our router and wifi the past few weeks, since moving into our new house and I can conclude that Afrihost is client focused and their core business is focused on keeping the customers happy. Thank you Afrihost for coming to my rescue. I work mostly from home so WiFi is very important. This morning it was not working and I sent a WhatsApp to Afrihost, a agent messaged me almost immediately and after a few.simple.questions and guidance, he got my router working again...so efficient and helpful... That was the smoothest customer service experience I have ever had. Well done Afrihost 10/10 #happycustomer

I promised and update and here it is (albeit a few years late :-)). I've had a great experience with Afrihost. I think they provide value for your money and the speeds are good! Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff on the WhatsApp helpline. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last. My only issue and the reason for the 3 star rating and not 5 stars is that I had to follow-up on every step from confirming they had the right info with vumatel to my router being ready for collection. These are simple things to keep a client updated about. I shouldn't have to call the helpline for this. I will update my review once I have tested the speed.

No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!
