Been having wifi issues on fibre for a while. Contacted Afrihost via their whatsapp channel and was professionally assisted by Nonjabulo (for an hour). Tested the line using a laptop with their guidance and confirmed the fibre and speed are what I am paying for. The problem is the router! New one ordered, also with their assistance. One happy customer in the end.

My very first interaction with Afrihost and my am I a happy chappy. That is definately an understatement. I am rather techno challenged, I have recently signed up with Afrihost, you are able to communicate with them via whatsapp. I did so and shortly after I sent my msg, Nompumelelo responded. She showed me where I could find my information that I was looking for and then continued to check to see that I was assisted. I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.
