Fantastic customer service. Ordered my Fiber on a Friday afternoon, had Vuma do the installation on the following Monday and received my router on the Tuesday. 3 work days and all sorted and online. Thanks guys.

We have been with Afrihost for over a decade, using a range of their services, from early ADSL in Jhb, to fixed wireless and fibre in the Western Cape. At times we were forced to use several other ISPs for short periods and none of the others measure up to Afrihost in all aspects, some may match or beat their price but none match them in all aspects. Their service and products remain the best. Their customer service, products, and pricing has always been the best in SA and remains so today.

My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... Amazing team @ Afrihost: Sfiso M, Siphamandla N, Siphiwe M. I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff. I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. If the infrastructure causes problems, people always tend to blame the ISP when it’s not their fault. I like dealing with Afrihost they are the best ISP I ever dealt with.
