I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time. I would gladly recommend this company for any and all people looking for a decent ISP that won't blatantly try to rip you off, and have done so at every opportunity that I could 10/10.

After a harrowing and unhelpful experience with Mweb, where we were on hold for 5 days on their telephone lines and whatsapp help chat, with no resolution of the problem since the 3/11 to date, I decided to move to Afrihost.
