Had no internet since last night 23 november 202. Did everything and nothing worked. Then this morning i went on to the whatsapp chat with afrihost and they connected me with Thabiso D. And you would this that a chat is going to take forever but not with afrihost and Thabiso. I was helped so quickly that im thinking now why did i stress the whole night if theres a Thabiso D at Afrihost. Thanks for the excellent experience. This was awesome.

I've been with Afrihost since we started our company in the early 2000's. I've never felt frustrated or not looked after and the online 'clientzone' is amazing for managing hosting, emails etc.

I would greatly recomment Afrihost to every one in S africa in neef of wifi service The wifi works great !Very satisfactory The staff are very helpful competent and supportive.They ensured that what could have been a huge hazzle was one of the best experiences I had in a long time GO AFRIHOST!! I was assisted by Lethukuthula. I didn't know half of what I was being asked to do, but he/she took the time to send me screenshots of what they were referencing making the process of my troubleshooting easier. As he/she couldn't assist me, in finding what the problem with my line is, not only die he/she escalate my problem, but also informed it as a priority as I explained I work from home and need my line without issues as I have to log into a Vietnam server to do my work. Our whole chat took an hour to get through with all the screenshots and him/her waiting for me patiently, I never once felt like I was dumb for not understanding the process. He/She is the perfect example of how Customer Care agents should treat EVERYONE. With Patience, respect, kindness, and a friendly demeaner.

I needed help setting up my Outlook email. There was a bit of a hiccup, because I needed to follow steps regarding updating my password on the Clientzone and re-entering new logins on AfriHost in order to active my Outlook mail.
