I moved from one ISP to Afrihost because of the service and lack of accountability. First customer service contact through chat (Which is something my previous ISP didn't have [MWEB] in 2024?!) i was blown away, thanks for making me feel valued and listening! You listened and sometimes that's all customers need.

My service stopped unexpectedly last night. This morning I connected with Afrihost via their WhatsApp chat (link was in monthly email). The service was prompt and efficient. The agent refreshed my line and I powered down for 5 five minutes and service was back. Fortunately I had mobile data to use WhatsApp, otherwise it would be a problem. 😁

I recieved the best service today from Afrihost i was enquiring about the esim its a over the air sim card where you can use data to make call instead of expensive air time i am pleased with this technology and very pleased with the fact i did not have to speak to a bot or AI i actually had a conversation with a human thank you Afrihost i recieved immediate and accurate response guys recommend Afrihost number in the country 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌.

In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I can only hope that I will receive the same level of excellent service.

Very good and fast wifi for cheap. Compared what data costs and what I pay monthly to Afrihost. I would recommend it to anyone. Very helpful help line.
