After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. I had problem with my route and chat service with Thandolwethu who was efficient effective and manage to resolve my query.
