I can't even remember when I joined Afrihost, it has been some years now, somewhere in the 2000's. And ever since joining I have had multiple products with them, and I have never had any kind of bad experience from them. Afrihost really stands out and understands the true meaning of 'CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE', something that has become less common elsewhere. Thank you to Gian and the Afrihost Team, you always find a way to put a smile on our faces, even when we least expect it.

If you deal with a consultant named Sipho Mnguni, he is a true asset to the company and if all employees can follow his example then Afrihost would lose less clients. Identified the problem, explained how to test for the solution, walks you through the process step by step. Afrihost I hope you see this and make this guy a Manager because your customer service process would be much smoother and you'll have more consultants actually wanting to assist the clients and knowing how to and what they are doing, instead of irritating a client or making it seem like it is the customers fault.

I contacted Afrihost client service on WhatsApp multiple times and every time I was connected to a helper within 5 minutes of starting a chat. The people who helped us were patient despite the multitude of questions and always ensured to keep us updated on steps to follow as well as ensuring we are getting things right with constant follow up questions if we were still strugling or needed further assistance
