Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.

And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour.
