I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!

From the moment I signed up, their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Since then, my internet speeds have been consistently fast and reliable, even during peak usage times. Anytime I have had an issue, their support team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. Moved to Cape Town and there was a different ISP at the premises, tried to contact them to take over the line as the previous owner had no issues with them? Tried to contact them a couple of times and kept forwarded to a bott, 10 min on WhatsApp then the call gets closed? So I contacted Afrihost, they got me up and running in under 24 hours. They had to get the line forcefully taken over as the owner was in his notice period. Was always kept in the loop on email. Good work from the sales and technical team.
