I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly. Afrihost is a very reliable business their customer service support is top tier. I chatted with one of their agents over WhatsApp regarding my fibre line interruption. The very next morning a team was sent and resolved my issue. It turns out the guys that mow our lawn had cut through the fibre wire that runs through the box on the outside.
