Their customer service is very good and the online system makes my life so much easier than waiting for a third party service provider to respond. I load and delete emails as i need and also design my own website with their sitebuilder which is very userfriendly

Excellent service from your team. These products are all about service, you can have the best products but without this level of service you are just like everyone else. I had a few small problems getting going but every member of staff that I had contact with went above and beyond to get a solution. I was a customer of yours twice before but left due to you not having the product I needed at the time not due to service problems. Maybe can you have some photos of your various teams and team members so we can put faces to the team member behind the voice or words on the Whatsapp or email.
