Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.

And when something goes wrong, they resolve it speedily. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Again. Got my Fibre connection sorted out through Afrihost and OpenServe pretty quickly and effortlessly. Service was great from both parties with the OpenServe technician (Godfrey) even wanting to bring his personal petrol generator in order to get the connection sorted out during loadshedding! :-D Now THAT's service! Update on the 24th Aug 2023 - Cancelled my fibre as I moved out of my place, moved back in after 3 months and reactivated - took less than 6 hours to get back up again! Amazing service yet again thank you Afrihost!
