Easy to use their website to find exactly what I needed and all details were clear to read and understand. There is a WhatsApp chat feature if you need clarification on anything to speak to a person in real-time. I found it stress-free and fairly quick.

So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.
