I was once a customer of Afrihost for a number of years when I purchased my first property and all those years of having them as an ISP were splendid. I then went onto a different fibre provider because Afrihost wasn't available as a fibre ISP in that area. Now that I've moved to a new loaction, my first thought was to contact Afrihost for internet connectivity. And oh boy, they sure kept to their standard of excellent customer service I experienced all those years ago. So far, so Great. No issues. Their App is Brilliant. Complete control, and able to do anything. Billing. Location etc. Honestly, I am impressed.

Easy app to see invoices, top up airtime/data, etc. Friendly and helpful staff ready on whatsapp to answer questions and assist with problems.

The service provided by Afrihost is certainly such a breath of fresh air! Alot of companies can take a page out of their book. From ordering a replacement router online to their whatsapp contact centre! Honestly don't think there are any ISPs that come close!

I've been dealing with Afrihost for many years now. They are a great hosting service provider at an affordable price. They have excellent support services and the walk in client centre in Rivonia is the best. I dont know of any othe SA hosting provider that still provide a face to face client centre. Please keep that direct link with the public open. In today's online world, this to me is what sets Afrihost apart from its competition. Direct, face to face support when you need it.
