i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area.
a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.

I love Afrihost. I've been with them for years and haven't experienced major issues. I always receive excellent, friendly and efficient service from the Customer Support Center and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service provider that gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner. You can chat with them via WhatsApp too. It takes seconds to get in touch with a call centre operator and they are actually human! :-)

Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.

In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I can only hope that I will receive the same level of excellent service.

As a Marketing & Communications Strategist and very much in the market, I congratulate Afrihost enormously on their 'Pure Internet Joy' campaign - mostly because it is so clear and on-point, expertly communicated and - most importantly - delivers fully on the promise.
