Their personalised WhatsApp system js a game changer for me. I wasn’t dealing with a bot but an actual person who could guide me. Afrihost features exemplary customer service, especially when compared to 2 other major ISPs that I interacted with for most of last week. These 2 sub-standard ISPs feature frustratingly slow responses via Whatsapp, and were inept in solving for a FNO glitch (Vumatel) that had been hampering my fibre activation. Glad to report that Afrihost figured out the issue within minutes of contacting them, and yep I've now promptly signed up with them - which too has been a painless exercise. If you in the market for an ISP service, and unless you like subjecting yourself to pain, suggest you look at Afrihost first 😁
