Great ISP. Was very hesitant to move to Afrihost because of historical issues I’ve heard about. But I have not looked back once. Fast, accurate responses from support staff. Sign up was flawless, speed is consistent and what I paid for. It’s all anyone could ever ask from an ISP.

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

Since we got Afrihost as our ISP we have not had any issues whatsoever at all. I love Afrihost as our ISP and will recommend them to anyone looking for home Fibre. The service from the start has been awesome!

So far happy with the service. Placed the ordered yesterday around 11am and they were here this morning at 9.30 to install the Fibre line. Just waiting for the delivery of the router. My rating is subject to change depending now on the delivery and the connection.
