So disappointed with the service . It’s been over a week and countless phone calls and emails yet Afrihost and openserve can’t do a simple thing and locate my address even after pinpointing it on google and openserve address page . Till now openserve and Afrihost are playing the blame game . For company’s rated no1 in the country one wonders

The rating is based solely on the customer service agent I was in touch with-namely Gildo! What an amazing human interaction I had which has become so rare in customer support. I really appreciate his level of attentive listening, kindness and patience which resulted in me not cancelling services which I initially got in touch to do. Thank you Sir!!!
