We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.

First day working from home my router started giving problems, as fate would have it. Due to loadshedding and UPS usage I experienced some difficulty with my connectivity. I don't have the words to describe what the problem was cause I know next to nothing about IT, but with the help of Afrihost's WhatsApp helpline and the awesome helper assigned to me (they have real people online helping you over WhatsApp, not just bots), I was able to sort it out in a jiffy. Thanks Afrihost you all deserve big Christmas bonusses.

Afrihost really are one of the best ISP’s. I tried signing up to a competitor who claim to be the best but they could not even get my order placed correctly when I moved homes. The competitors only way of communication was via messaging and the agents never responded in time. Afrihost was very different, they went above and beyond to get me connected despite line transfer challenges. Keep it up 💪❤️

I've used Afrihost at my mom's place for 4 years today and they have the best service. They are prompt in responding to WhatsApp. Their challenges are with the infrastructure provide, Vuma. Vuma is the worst things that happened to communities. No customer service at all
