I've been with Afrihost for about 9 years in different forms. I took out their early mobile data solution and always had good service. I was also on their web hosting solution for a while with great service and helpful agents.
We now have our family's data plans through Afrihost as well as our Fiber. There is no company more dedicated to being helpful - even if their side has issues. What I really appreciate is that they run an open com's line for their issues. Instead of you having to ask if there is something wrong, check their website and the status of the connection of your area, or your data, or your product.
Afrihost is brilliant.

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate having the live chat assistance from an Afrihost technician over Whatsapp. This Saturday morning George assisted me over Whatsapp with patience and understanding with router issues after problems with our OpenServe fibre line was fixed. Afrihost, you are setting a high standard in customer service, service on a level that I can only dream of from other vendors. My line with RSAWeb was cancelled. I've been very disappointed by their service lately. Their pricing didn't link accordingly with their service levels.

The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic.

I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged.

After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received.

I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order.
I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time.
Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me.
I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯
