My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Asked my previous ISP provider to move my connection to a new location, giving them a month and a half notice of the move, after 10 days after the move and nothing happening apart from they will escalate the problem, I cancelled with them, and contacted Afrihost, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and best of all they kept me informed of the progress .
