Excellent customer service. The whatsapp chat operators are very efficient - taking the time to understand your query and resolving it efficiently. My internet is also working great. If you are looking for a new service provider that has great customer service - I'd say give Afrihost a try. Impressive service.

Well managed and helpful. Migration of LTE from Cell C to Telkom was seamless but Telkom's inability to provide live data usage updates is a nuisance. I've subsequently been given a way of getting live usage updates via Huawei, which works very well.

They are cost effective, and are available 24/7 and all queries are handled on wattsapo , the service is super quick and you have a portal to log any queries or if you have connectivity issues , everything is accessible on their clientzone portal , I truly recommend them

Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy!
