I was struggling for more than a week to migrate to Vodacom fiber. Afrihost did the connection within minutes. Literally minutes. Amazing. Now for the challenge to cancel Vodacom and try to claim money spent on data for the past week.

To be honest my experience was amazing. Getting a new sim for a project and required it ASAP. Onndwela (Afrihost) helped to get it ready with in 2 minutes. Pending to ready for collection. I have been amazed and wish everything in South Africa worked this well. Even my experience when I went to collect the simcard 5minutes after it was approved was quick and painless. In and out within 5 minutes. And then activating the sim, inserted it into the phone and 3 minutes done I could browse. Inserted into the Reyee EW300T Router and done I had internet. No additional APN confg or anything. Really really amazing by Afrihost, not one hickup, and to be honest I never rated Afrihost this highly. Will consider Afrihost for all my upcoming internet requirements

This was also the first time I had to log an issue after years of being an Afrihost client, and I was treated with respect and professionalism.
