Never visited the place, but their online consultants are always available whenever I need help. I always contact them via WhatsApp, and they reply in a couple of seconds. In my opinion, they are the best Internet Service Provider in South Africa, and they seem to put their customers first. I would definitely recommend them in the blink of an eye. Friendly service when you encounter any issues, which has been minimal in the 2 years of making use of their Fibre network. Even in loadshedding we always have a stable connection when multiple devices are connected. The services consultants are patient and very helpful and always direct you in the right direction
