Afrihost has been my ISP for 6 years now. I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily. They have really improved their quality of service over the years. Afrihost as an ISP has been great!

They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. Thank you for your help. The service has been outstanding! I signed up with RSA web last week with a promise it would Activated on the 15th, when I called them yesterday they were still busy with the process and said they still needed to do an affordability check lol, I cancelled last night and signed up with afrihost and within 24 hours I have fibre. Something they couldn't do in 7 days you guys didn't in 24 hours. You guys are really awesome!
