Overall excellent service from both Sicelo and Afrihost. I'm grateful for the whatsapp customer service as well as network connection speeds. Really impressed with Afrihost offering as it is a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous ISP. Sicelo was professional, courtesy and efficient in providing excellent customer service.

I’ve been very happy with Afrihost. It’s just a pity that when I moved to the South Coast my SIM card was blocked. I cancelled my contract only to find out that if I updated my address with Afrihost my SIM card could have been unblocked and I could have continued with Afrihost. I subsequently signed up with another ISP for two years. Afrihost was really the more affordable option.

Super support! Always professional, patient, fight for you with infrastructure providers, communication good. Just idea sometimes consider or ask the customer or user are you technical in order to provide direct support. Small thing for an excellent ISP.
