When ADSL first became a thing, we had Afrihost as an ISP at my parents' house way back in the early 2010s. Honestly they weren't the best back then, but honestly the internet was lawless and wild back then, so who could blame them? Flash forward to 2026, I'm subscribed to Afrihost's Fibre-to-the-Home package, and it's so seamless and fast, customer service is so effortless on WhatsApp, ClientZone is so user-friendly! I all but forget about those rough and lawless days of the early 2010s. Afrihost, I tip my hat and raise my metaphorical glass of whiskey to you, you've done well!

Hardly ever have issues with Afrihost, on the one time I did, the process to log the fault was easy because of the option for watsup assistance. The issue took longer than I anticipated to resolve but it was because the technician assisting me was very patient and wouldn't give up until the issue was resolved, and it was indeed resolved by the end of the chat

I placed my order on the 31st of July, the next day Vumatel was here to install my fibre lines and the next day their maintenance team came to fix the line at the box, mind you it was a Saturday and Sunday, once I received my router they worked tirelessly to get me connected as quickly as possible.
