One of the best things about Afrihost, in my opinion, is the ability to chat directly with a real person via WhatsApp. I honestly wish more companies offered this! Well done to Afrihost for using technology in such a helpful and client-focused way!

Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.

I've just connected with afrihost since this morning there helpful team and also octotel personnel has made me review and cancel my order with vodacom which I've been struggling now for a week and when I canceled it still showed pending. AFRIHOST ur website and whattsapp help team is awesome I spoke to Andile last and had to give him a 10/10. Also Stella with octotel is next level. Thank you guys now please help our Government and Eskom
