Honestly the only ISP I can recommend (Openserve Infrastructure). I had one small issue when I initially got the line installed, but they’ve sorted me out quickly with everything else ever since. Not to mention customer service at 21:00. Great stuff guys, keep at it.

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...
