I’ve been with Afrihost for years, they are extremely helpful when it comes to issues that are in their control, the staff are always helpful. When you ask for them to call you back they call back within a minute of requesting. And their WhatsApp assistance is just as good

So far out of all the ISP providers I have used, I recommend Afrihost solely for their communication. It is generally so difficult to get something sorted or get ahold of someone but never had a problem here. Within 5 minutes I have my answers on a Whatsapp chat which to me is really convenient. Never had a problem with my speed or connection either. Highly recommend.
