Fibre line went down. Engaged via WhatsApp with Thabang at Afrihost. After exchanging account details and sending a photograph of where the main fibre line was broken by a mechanical digger from Ekurhuleni, I received a reference number and look forward to VUMA making contact.

In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost. Asked my previous ISP provider to move my connection to a new location, giving them a month and a half notice of the move, after 10 days after the move and nothing happening apart from they will escalate the problem, I cancelled with them, and contacted Afrihost, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and best of all they kept me informed of the progress .
