Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. Excellent service I got from a person called Sello. Afrihost must just fix their debit method as it sometimes don't debit automatically. This has to be really looked at bcoz it's a big inconvenience sometimes.

Fantastic service before and after installation I had problem twice and it was dealt with efficiently and they contacted me to confirm my issues were resolved ......other ISPs tend to focus on WhatsApp groups that leave u in a waiting list forever Afrihost has a working WhatsApp group and a callback feature which is amazing as I received the help I needed
