I am in the process of Signing-up for Afrihost Fibre and have been a client for years as they host my domain as well as channel my data through them as I find this to be much cheaper than using the normal service provider data packages on my telephone. I have been dealing with other ISP's where the service was horendous. The assistance that I have receive from Afrihost is always quick and I mostly make use of the Whatsapp call centre service, this saves time and money. Afrihost provides great signal strength and hardly gives trouble. They have a WhatsApp support chat line that makes it easy for you to log issues or ask for help. They can contact Evotel for you so that you don't need to worry about trying to contact Evotel. You also get sent a ticket number. I can recommend signing up with them.
