Yesterday i had problems with activation of my WIFI a guy called Simon was my consaltant who called after i sent a please call he then called me again to try fix it i was a little on the edge but he never gave up till my problem was solved. He was brilliant and made us laugh in the process. I would request for him everytime i have a problem.

They are going out of their way to sort out the problem as they are aware our son needs wifi for online school. Since the fibre was installed, we haven't had any problems.
