Okay - let me just start this review with a caveat. I have only just joined, and so far we are off to a flying start. The migration process from an existing ISP on my address to AfriHost was handled expertly, and the WhatsApp assist line had a very human, very competent and most importantly VERY patient agent to guide me through activation, name and password changes. Recommend!!

Afrihost is amazing and so helpful via Whatsapp or calls they assist you immediately. I have my mom on Afrihost currently, but when my MTN contract expires I will not be renewing it, I will be moving to Afrihost instead. They are also so much cheaper than the likes of MTN and Vodacom, 1G through Afrihost costs R69 as apposed to MTN's 1G being R149. It is a no brainer!

I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed.
