Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

Any issue you have with connections. Just send WhatsApp and it will be sorted just like that by well trained technicians. For me Mkhanyisi did a great job!!
