Many channels to have any issues resolved, service is very good. I've never had any issues with afrihost. It's generally the end infrastructure provider that's the problem and afrihost does a good job relaying the issue and getting it resolve. Probably the best provider is SA at the moment I'd say

I phoned Afrihost to request information because I was looking for the possibility of joining their FTTH unfortunately the email connected to me was blocked and the gentleman who was helping me was excellent and he understood my problem. He was patient with me and went all the way to Investigate my problem and pointed me to the relevant Depart of Afrihost that will assist me further. Only reason for not 5 stars is that I think the responses could come a bit quicker, but I do understand that Whatsapp help is still in beta and that staff is probably inundated and responding to several chats at once ... Oh what the hell, have five stars for Asaph! ;)
