There was a bit of a hiccup, because I needed to follow steps regarding updating my password on the Clientzone and re-entering new logins on AfriHost in order to active my Outlook mail. afrihost provides such an amazing service! it's unbelievable considering that we're in south africa 😅. their internet connection never has any issues. the fact that you can communicate with an actual human being through their whatsapp number is just the cherry on top. the consultants have never failed to assist me with any of my enquiries. they are super friendly, always ready and willing to assist. they also go the extra mile by researching (within minutes) any information of an issue that you're unsure of that they seldom have customers asking about. i'm so happy i chose them as my 'internet service provider'. 10/10!!!
