Great service. But the admin panel could be more user-friendly, with a better UX and UI and more helpful videos and instructions on what to do. But then the WhatsApp services were great, and they helped me with all I needed. So that balances out the old User interface. Thanks ;-)

I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side. I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes. Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service. Well done Veronica.
