To be honest I have had issues but that was my fault for trying to do my own thing. Greatly recommend for the fact that Afrihost keeps you updated. If there is any issue it gets resolved. Yes there is a signal issue at times but that is due to where we have our wifi positioned. We should have listened when we were advised where to place it. My fault again. Not theirs. Thank you Afrihost. Very happy with the speed of the wifi especially when searching and viewing or even on our laptops. Very happy. Finally we have a wifi that keeps us happy. Keep up the great services. To you and your staff. Thank you.

This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done
