Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. Afrihost really are one of the best ISP’s. I tried signing up to a competitor who claim to be the best but they could not even get my order placed correctly when I moved homes. The competitors only way of communication was via messaging and the agents never responded in time. Afrihost was very different, they went above and beyond to get me connected despite line transfer challenges. Keep it up 💪❤️
